SLICED Tokens are not being offered or sold and may not be offered or sold, directly or indirectly, to residents of countries who have been listed as high-risk and being monitored by the Financial Action Task Force as of November 2017, especially those who have been listed as particularly weak in its anti-money laundering regimes. In particular, this includes Bosnia and Herzegovina, Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, Ethiopia, Iran, Iraq, Sri Lanka, Syria, Trinidad, Tobago, Tunisia, Vanuatu, and Yemen.

Notice to Residents of Other Countries Except Those Mentioned Above. Citizens, nationals, residents (tax or otherwise) of each of the abovementioned jurisdictions or any other jurisdiction which prohibits the possession, dissemination, or communication of the information and/or prohibits participation in the purchase and sale of tokens or any such similar activity (collectively, the “Restricted Jurisdictions”) or any Restricted Persons are not permitted to participate in sale or purchase of SLICED Tokens. According to Swiss Banking and Exchange laws, SLICED tokens are not regulated and registered as financial trading instruments or securities. Investing, buying, or purchasing SLICED tokens represents a risk and the token investor is solely responsible for any due diligence process associated with the purchase of tokens or immaterial digital items issued by the Bitsliced GmbH (LLC). We are under Swiss Regulatory requirements and will conduct KYC and AML procedures (“Know-Your-Customer” and “Anti-Money Laundering”).
